The Process
Once you submit an enquiry, I’ll review your details and get a feel for your event, vision, and content needs. This gives us a strong starting point (no pressure to have everything figured out yet).
After receiving your enquiry, we’ll schedule a discovery call. This is our chance to connect, talk through your event and discuss how you’d like it captured. We’ll cover key moments, priorities, and ensuring everything is aligned from the start.
Once you’re ready to move forward, a service agreement will be sent outlining the details of our collaboration, including scope, payment schedule, and terms. A non-refundable retainer secures your date exclusively in my calendar.
As your event approaches, we’ll work closely together to plan the content capture. This includes timelines, key moments to focus on, and any specific content ideas you have in mind. If other suppliers are involved, I’m happy to coordinate seamlessly so everything runs smoothly on the day.
On the day itself, I arrive as agreed and work discreetly in the background, capturing genuine, unposed moments as they naturally unfold. From candid interactions and atmosphere to details and bts moments, without disrupting the flow of your event.
Within 24–48 hours, you’ll receive your first batch of edited content perfect for sharing, posting, or reliving straight away. The full gallery, including all captured footage, will be delivered shortly after, giving you a complete content library to enjoy, share, and reuse.
